Founded in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and headquartered in Miami under the pseudonym SoHoDutch, he has established himself as an influential DJ, Video DJ, Producer, Podcaster and Entertainer.
Infusing dynamic NY and Miami sounds and culture into all his productions, as well as being the owner of Crown Heights Radio , Crown Heights Records and half of the dynamic duo Our Universal Force. The past three decades has seen SoHoDutch emceeing for Elite Entertainment, owning and performing with DJ Masters Entertainment, Cypher Squad, and enjoying the solo artist life as DJ MasterDutch. His latest production releases including Chase the Sun and Waiting for The Night are fun blends of electronic and instrumental Jazz, House, Hip-Hop, Latin and Breakbeats.
SoHoDutch has DJ'd at many of the best venues including: Dante’s HiFi, Cambio Studio, Friends & Lovers, Robert Bar, Brooklyn Bowl, Artist & Fleas, St. Anne's Warehouse, Pranna, Bierwax, Wicked Willy's, Threes Brewing, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Sycamore, Art Cafe + Bar, LeFrak Center at Prospect Park, Taj Lounge, Drink Lounge, The W Hotel, LIC Landing, El Toro Blanco, Pera Soho, Affinia Hotel, and the Broad Street Ballroom. Along with these he has performed at many private events for major NY Brands including Etsy, Scholastic, First Book NYC, Full Figured Fashion Week, Random House, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, A Jam Called Tribe and more. He has had the pleasure to perform as a guest DJ for various events and entertainment companies in states across the country.
One of his favorite events in the DJ industry is the DJ Expo, the Premier Global Convention for DJs & Producers, which is owned and created by DJ Times. This four-day event is held every year in Atlantic City. He has had the unique pleasure of DJing and hosting the main conference & seminar room throughout the event. Through various seminars, peer group sessions, events, and podcasts he has helped lead the mobile and club DJ community with new mixes, mixing skills, and entertained the thousands of attendees who look to this event to sharpen their DJ skills and bring a taste of his Miami-Brooklyn Style back to their home markets.
